Job Title: Machine Turner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Turner to operate and maintain various machines and equipment in our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to produce high-quality products, meeting production targets, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate various machines, including lathe, grinders machines

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand production requirements

- Select and install tools, fixtures, and accessories

- Monitor machine operations, detect and correct errors, and perform routine maintenance

- Inspect products for quality and accuracy

- Meet production targets and deadlines

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Report any issues or defects to supervisor or maintenance team

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- 4-5 years of experience as a Machine Turner or similar role

- Proficiency in operating various machines and equipment

Skills:

- Machine operation and maintenance

Working Conditions:

- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures

- May require working in shifts, including night shifts and weekends
