Job Summary

We are looking for Trainee Operators to work on Centerless and Internal Grinding Machines. Candidates with a willingness to learn and basic mathematical skills can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating Centerless and Internal Grinding Machines.

• Support machine loading, unloading and component handling.

• Learn basic machine operation and grinding processes.

• Check component dimensions using basic measuring instruments.

• Follow quality standards, safety procedures and work instructions.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workplace.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: No formal educational qualification required.

• Basic Mathematics: Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations.

• Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in grinding operations is an added advantage.

• Skills: Willingness to learn, attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Work Environment: Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts, as required.
