*Job Description:*

We are looking for a skilled *Injection Moulding Operator* to operate machines, ensure product quality, and maintain production targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Machine Operation* - Set up, operate, and monitor injection moulding machines

2. *Process Control* - Check parameters like temperature, pressure, cycle time and adjust as needed

3. *Quality Check* - Inspect moulded parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards

4. *Mould Handling* - Install, remove, and clean moulds safely

5. *Troubleshooting* - Identify machine/mould issues and report to supervisor/maintenance team

6. *Production Targets* - Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection

7. *Safety & Housekeeping* - Follow safety rules and keep work area clean

8. *Documentation* - Maintain production logs and quality reports

*Required Skills & Qualification:*

- *Experience*: 2 to 5 years hands-on experience in injection moulding

- *Technical*: Knowledge of injection moulding process, parameters, and materials like PP, ABS, PVC, Nylon

- *Ability*: Able to read product drawings and work instructions

- *Problem Solving*: Basic troubleshooting of machine and process issues

- *Education*: ITI / Diploma in *Plastic/Mechanical/Tool and die making* preferred but not mandatory
