We are looking for a Tooling Executive is responsible for planning, maintenance, modification, and availability of tools, dies, molds, jigs & fixtures to support smooth production operations with minimum downtime.essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• A. Tool Management

  • Ensure availability of tools, dies, molds, jigs & fixtures as per production plan

  • Monitor tool life and maintain tool history & records

  • Coordinate tool changeovers as per production requirements

  B. Maintenance & Repairs

  • Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of tools

  • Coordinate with internal tool room or external vendors for tool repair/modification

  • Identify root cause of tool failures and implement corrective actions

  C. Quality & Safety

  • Ensure tools comply with quality standards and safety norms

  • Support quality team during audits and inspections

  • Maintain proper storage and handling of tools

  D. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain records related to:

    • Tool issue & return

    • Tool maintenance

    • Tool life & scrap

  • Follow company SOPs, safety rules and statutory requirements

   Authority & Decision Making

  • Approve minor tool repairs & modifications

  • Recommend tool replacement or new tool development

  • Stop tool usage if safety or quality risk is observed

   Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Tool availability %

  • Reduction in tool-related breakdowns

  • Tool life improvement

  • Tooling cost control

  • Production downtime due to tooling

  Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma / ITI / Tool & Die / Production

  • 3–6 years’ experience in Tool Room / Tooling Department

  • Experience in manufacturing industry

   Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of tools, dies, molds, jigs & fixtures

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes

  • Vendor coordination skills

  • Problem-solving & analytical skills

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP, maintenance records)

  • Good communication & teamwork

   Working Conditions

  • Factory / shop floor environment

  • Shift working as per production requirement

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
