Tendering & BOQ Specialist Electrical

We are looking for a Tendering & BOQ Specialist Electrical to join our team at at Br Mep Engineers Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and searching for relevant electrical tenders on various government and public procurement portals to find suitable project opportunities.

• Preparing and filling the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) accurately for electrical works as per project specifications and tender requirements.

• Analyzing tender documents to understand scope, specifications, and contract conditions related to electrical work.

• Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and suppliers to gather technical and commercial data required for tender submissions.

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and pricing based on BOQ items and market rates to create competitive bids.

• Ensuring all tender documents and BOQs comply with client and regulatory standards, and submitting them within deadlines.

• Reviewing and verifying BOQs for completeness and accuracy, including quantities and pricing of electrical materials and labor.

• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical or commercial queries during the tendering process.

• Maintaining organized records of all tenders applied for and BOQ documentation.

• Staying updated with government tender procedures, electrical industry standards, and procurement regulations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
