Technical Trainer

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our team at Smart Skills Training Private Limited. The role involves delivering technical training, providing practical demonstrations, and developing the technical skills of trainees in the manufacturing and automotive sectors. This position offers a monthly CTC of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 and an opportunity to contribute to skill development and industrial training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical and practical training in mechanical and automobile-related subjects.

• Conduct hands-on training sessions on manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.

• Demonstrate standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industrial safety practices.

• Monitor trainee performance and maintain training and attendance records.

• Assess trainees' technical knowledge and practical skills.

• Ensure adherence to training standards and quality requirements.

• Coordinate with the plant team to align training with industry requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering. Candidates with relevant experience in technical training, manufacturing, or the automotive industry are preferred. Strong communication skills, practical technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver effective classroom and shop-floor training are essential.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (CTC)
