Job Title: PET Production Supervisor

Location: Metoda, Rajkot, Gujarat
Experience: 0–3 Years
Education: 10th / 12th / ITI
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: 13 Hours Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise manpower in both shifts to ensure smooth production operations
Monitor PF (process flow) and water circulation in the plant
Handle all PET production activities, including chayana and grinding processes
Ensure proper plant cleaning at the end of each shift
Control and minimize process rejection in grinding activities
Maintain daily production and process documentation
Ensure smooth and safe plant operations
Perform other miscellaneous plant-related tasks

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of PET/plastic production preferred
Ability to manage manpower and shift operations
Willingness to work rotational shifts
Basic reporting and documentation skills
