Supervisor – Production & Operations

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to join our growing team at Sunmax Medical System Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring smooth machine operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading shop-floor coordination to achieve daily production targets efficiently.

This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 along with the opportunity to work in a fast-growing and essential manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production floor operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Monitor and operate manufacturing machinery for optimum productivity

• Ensure product assembly, packing, and inspection are completed as per company quality standards

• Maintain production records, tool room inventory, and operational documentation

• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance guidelines

• Support tool improvements, mold trials, and continuous process enhancement initiatives

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for efficient operations

• Train and guide shop-floor workers to improve productivity and discipline

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 4–6 years in manufacturing, production, or related industry

• Strong understanding of production processes and machine handling

• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets

• Basic knowledge of maintenance coordination and inventory handling preferred
