We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and factory workers.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Monitor product quality and maintain work standards.
Manage worker attendance, discipline, and task allocation.
Coordinate with management and other departments.
Ensure proper use of machines, materials, and resources.
Maintain safety and cleanliness on the factory floor.
Requirements:
Experience in factory or manufacturing supervision preferred.
Good team management and communication skills.
Ability to handle workers and manage daily operations.
Knowledge of production processes and factory operations.
