We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Sams Facilities Management Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹23,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using appropriate measuring instruments and inspection tools.
Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines
Identify, document, and report product defects, deviations, and quality issues to the concerned department.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports related to inspection, production activities, tool inventory, maintenance, and quality issues.
Team handling .
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
