Job Title: Supervisor

Job Summary :

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage employees, ensure productivity, and maintain quality and safety standards. The Supervisor will coordinate work activities, monitor team performance, resolve workplace issues, and ensure that organizational targets are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the team.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to employees based on workload and priorities.

• Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and work quality.

• Ensure work is completed on time and according to company standards.

• Train, guide, and support team members as required.

• Maintain discipline and a positive working environment.

• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance and operational activities.

• Coordinate with managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor the use of equipment, materials, and other resources.

• Conduct team meetings and communicate company instructions effectively.

• Handle employee concerns and escalate major issues to management.

• Continuously look for ways to improve productivity, efficiency, and work processes.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
