Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily grinding production activities.
Handle grinding machines and ensure smooth production.
Allocate work to operators and helpers as per production requirements.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
Monitor product quality and maintain required specifications.
Check machine settings, tools, and grinding parameters.
Ensure proper use of measuring instruments and inspection methods.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and rejection/rework details.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
Identify machine/process issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and 5S standards.
Train and guide operators for proper machine operation and work methods.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of grinding processes and machines.
Ability to manage operators and production activities.
Knowledge of quality and measurement tools.
Problem-solving and team-management skills.
Basic knowledge of production planning and documentation.
Good communication and leadership skills.
