Operations Supervision: Supervise fabric cutting operations according to production plans and schedules.
Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections to ensure cut pieces meet specified dimensions, color, and style requirements, minimizing defects and waste.
Manpower Management: Allocate manpower (operators, helpers, etc.) based on skill sets, train new employees, and manage team performance.
Material Management: Monitor fabric inventory, plan markers to optimize material utilization, and work on saving fabric.
Coordination and Planning: Liaise with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
Maintenance and Safety: Ensure the proper use and maintenance of cutting tools and machinery, and enforce health and safety procedures and regulations.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain records and reports related to cutting production, fabric consumption, and performance.
