Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day packing activities of finished goods.

- Ensure the correct Labeling :: product, quantity and packing material are used.

- Ensure products are packed properly according to the given quidelines.

- Prepare the packing plan and allocate work among packing workers/helpers.

- Prioritize packing of materials required for urgent/customer dispatches.

- Coordinate with Production, Finished Goods Store and Dispatch teams.

- Inform the concerned person about any shortage, damage, packing issue or discrepancy.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the packing area.

Skills Required

- Experience in packing supervision in a manufacturing unit

- Good knowledge of packing and material handling.

- Ability to supervise and manage workers/helpers.

- Good checking and counting skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
