Job Description:
Banflex Cables is seeking a diligent and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production processes while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Extrusion Machine Supervisor - Oversee a line or shift, manage operators, ensure output targets and quality.

2. Incoming Quality Inspector - Inspect raw materials (copper conductors, PVC/XLPE compounds) before production.

3. In-Process Quality Checker - Monitor product quality at each stage of the extrusion and stranding process.

4. Final Product Testing - Conduct electrical and dimensional tests before dispatch (Multimeter, Megger, Vernier etc.)

5. Maintenance Support Supervisor - Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
