We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Ashirwad Technocrats. The role involves supervising the Powder coating Team and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹23000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise end-to-end powder coating operations including pretreatment, coating, curing, and inspection.

• Ensure surface preparation (degreasing, phosphating, drying) is done as per standard process.

• Monitor powder coating parameters such as gun settings, powder thickness, oven temperature, and curing time.

• Ensure colour matching and finish quality as per approved samples and drawings.

• Coordinate with production, fabrication, and assembly teams to meet delivery schedules.

• Inspect coated components for defects like orange peel, pinholes, shade variation, under/over coating.

• Minimise rework, rejection, and powder wastage.

• Implement safety practices including PPE usage and fire safety norms.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 2 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
