Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily press brake bending line operations and manpower.
Handle CNC press brake machine setting, tooling selection, and parameter adjustments.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Read and understand fabrication drawings and bending specifications.
Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues.
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth production.
Ensure safety, 5S, and workplace discipline on the shop floor.

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in press brake bending / sheet metal fabrication.
Knowledge of CNC press brake operation and programming.
Experience in handling operators and production activities.
Good knowledge of drawings, measurements, and quality checks.
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge preferred.
