Subject Matter Expert - Mechanical Engineering

SME (Mechanical) Responsibilities Project Management: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements. Procurement Oversight: Oversee the procurement of mechanical equipment and materials, maintaining quality standards and meeting project specifications. System Oversight: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and other mechanical equipment Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring successful execution of mechanical tasks. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure mechanical work meets project standards. Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company health and safety policies. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to improve project efficiency and quality. Mentoring: Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development. Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
