Job Description / Role
Receive and verify aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, accessories and other materials against PO / Delivery Challan / Invoice.
Maintain accurate physical and system/Excel/ERP stock records and monitor stock levels.
Issue materials to production against approved Material Issue Slips / Job Cards.
Ensure proper stacking, labelling, identification and housekeeping of store materials.
Maintain records for GRN, material issues, stock, scrap and returned materials.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Accounts and Quality for material requirements and shortages.
Supervise store helpers and ensure safe material handling and prevention of stock loss/damage.
