Store Keeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory & Consumables Management Executive to oversee the recording, reporting, analysis, and maintenance of consumable inventory within our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely reporting, and effective stock management to support uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all consumable materials used within the manufacturing facility.

• Monitor daily inventory levels and update stock registers and inventory management systems.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.

• Analyze consumption patterns and identify discrepancies, shortages, or excess stock.

• Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure adequate inventory availability.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.

• Track material movement and maintain proper documentation.

• Assist in forecasting consumable requirements based on production schedules.

• Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures and policies.

• Maintain organized inventory storage and proper stock handling practices.
