••Job Title:•• Store Keeper

••Job Summary:••

Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials/goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store/warehouse.

••Key Responsibilities:••

- Receive incoming stock, verify quantity/quality against purchase orders and invoices

- Maintain organized storage of goods to ensure safety, easy retrieval, and space efficiency

- Issue materials/items against authorized requisitions and maintain issue records

- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory software records

- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records

- Identify and report damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock

- Coordinate with purchase/procurement team for reordering and stock replenishment

- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and categorization of items

- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area

- Prepare stock reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management

- Handle documentation like GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), delivery challans, stock transfer notes

••Requirements:••

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred for larger organizations)

- Prior experience in store/warehouse/inventory management (1–3 years typical)

- Familiarity with inventory management software (SAP, Tally, Zoho Inventory, etc.)

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)

- Good organizational and record-keeping skills

- Physical ability to lift/move goods if required

- Attention to detail and honesty (handling valuable stock)
