Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge who will manage overall store operations, inventory control, purchase coordination, and material management. The candidate should ensure proper stock maintenance, timely purchasing, and smooth inward and outward material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete store operations and stock management.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.

• Monitor inward and outward material entries.

• Coordinate purchase activities and follow up with suppliers/vendors.

• Ensure availability of required materials and avoid stock shortages.

• Maintain proper documentation of GRN, invoices, challans, and purchase records.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and sales departments for material requirements.

• Maintain store cleanliness and proper material arrangement.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports in MS Excel.

Requirements

• Graduate / Experienced candidates preferred.

• Knowledge of inventory management and purchase procedures.

• Basic computer knowledge with good command of MS Excel and MS Word.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage stock records and vendor follow-ups.

Working Details
