Store Incharge

Role Summary

The Store In-Charge manages incoming and outgoing materials in the store. This person ensures materials are stored correctly, issued on time, records are reliable, and operations run smoothly during the 9 AM–9 PM shift.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect materials: Check incoming goods against purchase orders; note any damages or mismatches.

• Issue materials: Distribute materials to production teams or departments as per request and procedure.

• Record keeping: Maintain clear records of all material movements—entries and issues—in manual registers or inventory software.

• Maintain inventory accuracy: Use FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for issuing materials when needed; track stock levels; report shortages.

• Store upkeep: Keep the storage area neat, organized, and safe.

• Generate reports: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on received and issued materials.

• Coordinate with teams: Work with purchasing, QC, and production for smooth material flow.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
