Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Store Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials (raw materials, components, consumables, finished goods) using ERP/inventory systems. Aimtron Electronics+1

• Supervise the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials to production or other departments. Adzuna

• Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations; identify and resolve discrepancies. Adzuna

• Maintain proper documentation (GRNs, material issue/return records, stock reports) and ensure timely updates in systems. Aimtron Electronics

• Implement inventory control techniques such as FIFO or other rotation methods to reduce obsolescence. Aimtron Electronics

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with Purchasing/Procurement for timely material replenishment based on stock levels and production schedules. Adzuna

• Work closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and resolve issues. Aimtron Electronics

• Liaise with suppliers and transport vendors regarding delivery schedules and material dispatch. SimplyHired

Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, store SOPs (standard operating procedures), and quality norms (ISO, 5S, etc.). SimplyHired

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper labeling in the store area to support efficient operations. Aimtron Electronics
