Job Description – Store Executive

Designation: Store Executive
Department: Stores / Warehouse
Location: Manjusar – GIDC
Experience: 1– 4Years

Job Summary

Responsible for managing daily store operations, including material receiving, storage, issuance, inventory control, documentation, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, check, and store incoming materials.

· Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

· Issue materials as per requirements.

· Prepare GRN, issue slips, and other store documents.

· Conduct regular physical stock verification.

· Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

· Maintain proper labeling, stacking, and housekeeping.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.

· Track inward and outward material movement.

· Ensure proper safety and store management procedures.

Required Skills

· Knowledge of inventory and store management.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP software.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Strong attention to detail and documentation.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

Qualification

Education: Graduate / Diploma
Preferred: Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or engineering stores.
