Store Executive

Key Responsibilities-

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.

• Issue raw materials and components to the production department as per approved requisitions.

• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movements.

• Assist in inventory management and stock verification.

• Update stock details in ERP/Excel and maintain proper documentation.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and housekeeping of materials.

• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Quality departments for smooth material flow.

• Assist in preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and stock reports.

• Report stock shortages, excess inventory, or damaged materials to the Store In-charge.

• Follow company safety procedures and store management practices.
  
  Required Skills-

  • Basic knowledge of inventory and store operations.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Basic understanding of ERP systems is an added advantage.
    

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
