Job వివరణ

Job Summary:

Store Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations including receiving, storing, issuing materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role ensures proper stock control and smooth coordination with production and purchase departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Receive and inspect incoming materials as per purchase order

2.Maintain proper storage of raw materials and finished goods

3.Issue materials to production as per requirement / BOM

4.Maintain stock records in system (Tally / Excel / ERP)

5.Monitor stock levels and inform for re-ordering

6.Conduct regular physical stock verification

7.Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and issue records

8.Handle inward and outward entries of stock

9.Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts team

10.Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of store

11.Manage rejection and return materials

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of inventory management

Experience in Tally / Excel

Good record-keeping skills

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

Attention to detail

Good communication skills
