Job Summary

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing material inventory, maintaining stock records, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely availability of materials for projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.

• Monitor stock levels and inform management about low inventory.

• Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

• Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain stock registers.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification.

• Maintain vendor bills and documentation.

• Ensure proper labeling and systematic arrangement of materials.

• Handle material dispatch to sites as per requirement.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory management.

• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to coordinate with different departments.

• Basic understanding of Furniture/interior materials (preferred).

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
