• Inventory Management

  • Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and physical verifications.

  • Monitor slow-moving and non-moving items.

• Goods Receipt & Issue

  • Receive materials and verify quantity and quality.

  • Issue materials as per approved requisitions or FIFO/LIFO method.

  • Update stock registers or inventory systems accurately.

• Documentation & Record-Keeping

  • Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN (Material Receipt Note), and issue slips.

  • Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and coding of items.

  • Handle billing, delivery notes, and purchase records.

• Warehouse Organization

  • Ensure proper storage, safety, and cleanliness of the store area.

  • Arrange materials systematically for easy retrieval.

  • Implement 5S and other store management systems.

• Coordination

  • Coordinate with procurement, accounts, production, and vendors.

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to different departments.

  • Resolve stock discrepancies and vendor-related issues.

• Reporting

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.

  • Assist in audits and provide required documentation.

  • Highlight shortages, excess stock, and reorder needs.

• Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies.

  • Maintain fire safety, PPE availability, and housekeeping.
