Key Responsibilities:

Raw Materials: Checking ingredients for quality, safety, and compliance with specifications

In-Process Products: Monitoring production lines at various stages to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

Finished Products: Analyzing final products to verify they meet all requirements, including sensory attributes, nutritional value, and labeling. 

Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies

Audits: Conducting internal and external audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement

Monitoring and Documentation: Tracking production processes, product quality, and any deviations or issues. 

Testing and Sampling: Performing routine testing and sampling of products to assess quality parameters

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate in science and food technology and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
