Currently we have an urgent job opening for Store Assistant position with one of our clients, located at Navi Mumbai.

Designation: Store Assistant (TMS Payroll)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience:  3-5 years of experience in Stores / warehouse operation

Location: Navi Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

·       Inventory Management: Receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing materials, conducting stock counts (daily/monthly), managing slow-moving items, and ensuring proper preservation.

·       Sales & Customer Service: Assisting customers, recommending products, resolving complaints, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a positive handling experience.

·       Operations: Overseeing daily store activities Inbound & outbound, maintaining cleanliness and safety, opening/closing procedures, and implementing

·       Reporting & Admin: Documenting transactions, preparing reports (inventory, sales), reconciling orders, submitting documents to accounts, and maintaining records, attendance (Excel/Sheets).

·       Team & Compliance: Training staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards (like 5S).

Required Skill Set:

·       Inventory management.

·       Multitasking.

·       Problem-solving

·       Communication Skills

·       Interpersonal skills

·       Proficiency in MS Excel & detail-oriented.

Typical Work Environment

• Warehouses, or logistics departments.

• Bhiwandi & Factory location working Flexibility
