Position: Store Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods.

• Maintain proper stock records and inventory levels.

• Issue materials to production, maintenance, or other departments as per requisitions.

• Update stock entries in ERP/software or manual registers.

• Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory counts.

• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials.

• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report shortages.

• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and stock reports.

• Coordinate with purchase, production, and logistics departments.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.

• Track damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory.

• Assist in loading, unloading, and material handling activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP software).

• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to handle materials and maintain stock discipline.

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in store or warehouse operations preferred

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
