Material Receiving & Inspection: Unload and check incoming raw materials or parts against purchase orders; report any damage or shortages.
Stock Organization: Place items in designated bin locations using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods.
Production Support: Issue requested materials and spare parts to the production floor on time.
Record Keeping: Update inventory logs and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) manually or via ERP systems.
Auditing: Help conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle audits. [1, 2, 3]

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: High school pass or a diploma in supply chain/store management.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software like ERP or SAP MM.
Physical Ability: Ability to safely lift and move heavy industrial goods.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good teamwork, and clear communication
