Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stock Manager to oversee inventory operations across our manufacturing and eCommerce channels. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal stock levels, accurate inventory tracking, and smooth coordination between warehouse, production, and order fulfillment teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor inventory levels across warehouses and production units
Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams
Plan stock replenishment and minimize stockouts/overstock situations
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics (receiving, storage, dispatch)
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of products
Optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and cost control
Generate reports on stock movement, demand forecasting, and inventory health
