Qualification:

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:

2-4 years in civil construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

• Monitor site progress, manpower, and material requirements.

• Check civil work measurements and prepare daily progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

• Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

• Ability to read and understand civil drawings.

• Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic site reporting.

• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
