Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Manager who is willing to travel and manage on-site operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily work, managing labour, handling wages and expenses, and ensuring timely project completion. All travel and work-related expenses will be managed by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily on-site construction/work activities

Handle labour management including attendance, discipline, and productivity

Manage labour wages and site-related expenses

Ensure work quality and safety standards are maintained

Coordinate with head office regarding progress and requirements

Ensure projects are completed within the given timeline

Maintain daily progress reports and expense records

Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth operations

Frequent travel between Jaunpur, Varanasi, and Shahganj

Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager

Good knowledge of labour handling and site operations

Ability to manage expenses and basic documentation

Strong leadership and communication skills

Willingness to travel and stay on project locations as required

Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented
