Site Coordinator

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree – Civil, Mechanical, Interior or relevant field
Location: Site Based / Project Locations

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site installation and execution activities.

• Coordinate with client, contractors, project team and installation workers.

• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, BOQ and project specifications.

• Manage site manpower, materials, tools and daily work allocation.

• Check installation quality, measurements, alignment and finishing.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

• Prepare daily site progress and manpower reports.

• Coordinate material requirements and report shortages/damages.

• Ensure PPE, safety procedures and good housekeeping at site.

• Handle client observations and coordinate snag/rectification work.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of technical drawings and site execution.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Problem-solving and team-management skills.

• Willingness to travel to project sites.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
