We are looking for a Shift supervisor -Production to join our team Thirumala Press Components pvt ltd. Key Roles & Responsibilities – Shift Supervisor
Supervise and manage production activities during the assigned shift.
Ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily production targets.
Handle Sheet Metal Production / QC / Setter activities as required.
Monitor machine setup, tooling, and production processes.
Ensure product quality and follow QC standards and procedures.
Manage operators and manpower effectively during the shift.
Identify and resolve production, quality, and machine-related issues.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and quality documentation.
Ensure workplace safety, 5S, and proper housekeeping.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
Train and guide operators/setters to improve productivity and quality.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification of ITI/Diploma/B.E and Experience 2 to 5 years in Sheet metal /Stamping Industry. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
