Job Summary

Essae Group is looking for a technically skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of weighing machines, milk analysers and billing machines used in supermarkets and commercial establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission new machines at customer locations.

• Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on machines under warranty and Annual Service Contracts (ASC).

• Respond promptly to machine breakdown calls.

• Travel within the assigned territory to provide customer support.

• Promote Annual Service Contracts and work towards achieving assigned targets.

• Provide technical assistance during pre-sales activities.

• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or ITI qualification in Electronics.

• Basic knowledge of electronic equipment, installation and troubleshooting.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary:₹ 19,000 to ₹21,500 per month + incentives.
