Senior Purchase Executive

Job description:

1) Candidate should be responsible for Purchase and Procurement of Real Estate materials

2) Candidate should take quotations from suppliers and vendors of raw materials

3) Candidate should negotiate with suppliers and vendors regarding quotations for best price and quality to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the particular project

4) Candidate should finalize best rate and quotations regarding procurement of materials with continuous follow ups and timely delivery

5) Candidate should maintain master data of vendors and suppliers

6) Candidate should process material indents, co-ordinate with site team regarding material requirement and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)/ Inquiries in co-ordination with suppliers

7) Follow up with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of stock and Proforma Invoice(in Cash of Advance or COD)

8) Candidate should conduct monthly audit for dispute, if any, in accounting reports with accounts department and supplier

Candidate Profile

1) Must be Graduate in Commerce

2) Must be from Real Estate background with experience of 5 to 9 years

3) Must have knowledge of ERP and Tally

4) Must have negotiation skills related to rate and quality

5) Should have good communication skills in Hindi & Bengali
