Responsibilities:

Manage Production & QC teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Plan and allocate production work as per pending orders.
Maintain QC schedules and ensure timely product checks.
Implement product improvements (e.g., wiring changes) based on experience.
Solve production issues and coordinate with other departments.

Skills & Experience:

Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Electrical/Electronics, PLC & HMI.
Minimum 2 years’ experience handling Production/QC teams.
Smart, organized, and able to manage production targets efficiently.
