Senior Design Engineer (Product) Design Engineer 1-5 yrs Experience DME / BE Mechanical Should hv thorough knowledge on piping drawings in autocad having mechanical integrated items, tanks/vessels. piping & valves materials specs., instruments items & fittings. Should know thoroughly autocad (P&ID’s, piping GAD, Tank GAD,isometric) and aceess correct BOM. Exp. in Certia, UG or solid work is preferred. Preparation and release of Bill of materials special pump 1) Making P&ID’s, piping GAD, Tank GAD,isometric during both pre-order big engg & post-order detailed engg stages, 2) Accessing BOM correctly with respect to correct piping & valves materials specs., instruments items & fittings. 3) Knowledge on relevant ASME & other relevant std. codes. 4) Sometimes is required to be deputed at fabrication sites. Preparation and release of Bill of materials Mixing Uploading BOM in MRP To make Engineering Change Note updating the drawings Preparation of CS & GA for pump drawings Preparation of new drawing Preparation of SPR drawings Preparation of Mixing shaft drawings Creation of new part code Product Clarification / support Drawing Request Clarification of drawing Drawings & Bill of materials Experience Level Senior Level
