Our Bearing Manufacturing Plant in Mumbai specializes in the production of high-quality bearings, with a focus on Tapered and Spherical Roller Bearings.

We also offer various other products and services such as Linear Motion Shafts & Bearings, V-Belts, Timing Belts, Automation, and Pneumatics. Our sizable inventory is housed in a generous warehouse covering more than 100,000 square feet located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

Sr. Import Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Import Operation 80%

Assistance to Manager Import in handling the import operations of the company

Coordinating with the overseas suppliers of the company, the shipping agents and Freight forwarders of the company and ensure proper clearance of goods from CFS

Tracking of the shipment and making payment documents for remitting dollars to the suppliers;

Making of Import purchase workings to compute the costs of imported material for the company;

Prepare checklist on Visual Impex.

Maintaining records and trackers

Assisting in MIS generation.

Team Work & Collaboration -20%

Maintain good relationships in the organization and within the team, sharing knowledge and lending help readily

Pro learning should be proactive in attending training programs and proactively looks for avenues to increase his/her knowledge

Skills and Qualifications:

Should be well verse with import documentation and import procedure.

Should have knowledge on Custom Tariff, custom notification/HS code.

Knowledge on Fssai/ADC/CDSCO/PQ/AQ Ability to work under tight deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good Team Work & collaboration skills

Strong ethics and reliability
