Senior Executive - Operational Excellence

Senior Executive - Operational Excellence Roles and Responsibility: Continuous Improvement Leadership Lead and promote Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and other Operational Excellence initiatives. Develop and execute the plant Operational Excellence roadmap. Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities. Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all manufacturing functions. Productivity and Efficiency Improvement Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Identify and implement productivity enhancement opportunities. Optimize manpower utilization and process efficiency. Reduce cycle time, changeover time, and production losses. Performance Management Establish KPIs and performance dashboards. Monitor plant performance metrics. Present performance reviews to plant leadership. Lean Manufacturing Deployment Implement Lean tools such as: 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Visual Management, Standard Work Ensure sustainability of Lean initiatives. Digital Manufacturing and Analytics Utilize data analytics for decision making. Drive Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives. Develop manufacturing dashboards and automated reporting systems. Promote data-driven performance improvement. Governance and Compliance Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices. Support EHS, Quality, and Regulatory compliance requirements. Conduct operational audits and maturity assessments. Ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
