🔹 Position: Security Officer

🔹 Work Location:

• POR GIDC, Vadodara

• Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara

🕵️‍♂️ Eligibility & Qualification:

• Any Graduate / 12th Pass

• Ex-Army, Ex-Police, or Industrial Security experience preferred

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in security supervision

• Knowledge of factory environment, safety protocols & compliance is an advantage

• Should be able to handle manpower, discipline & security operations

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of security guards and shift management

• Monitoring gate entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles

• Maintaining security registers, gate pass, and documentation

• Ensuring safety of company property, materials, and equipment

• CCTV monitoring & reporting incidents to management

• Coordination with HR/Admin for security operations

• Conducting routine checks of premises and factory area

• Managing emergency situations, fire safety, and safety procedures

• Checking incoming/outgoing materials as per challan and gate pass

👤 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Disciplined, alert, and responsible

• Preferably staying near POR, Halol Road, Makarpura, Manjalpur, GIDC areas

• Ready to work in shifts (if required)
