Key Responsibilities
Quality Standards Development: Creating and implementing quality procedures, standards, and specifications (e.g., ISO standards).
Process Improvement: Utilizing Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Inspection and Testing: Implementing methods to evaluate products at various manufacturing stages.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Gathering, analyzing, and summarizing quality data for, and reporting to, senior management.
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborating with purchasing teams to set standards for, and monitor, external suppliers.
Compliance and Training: Ensuring adherence to safety/regulatory standards and training staff on quality procedures.
