We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team at Fabex Engineering Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.

• Prepare inspection documents for receiving, in-process, and final stages.

• Execute internal and TPI/client inspections across manufacturing stages including raw material

clearance, setup and NDE inspections, heat treatment, and final dimensional, visual, and hydrotestinspections.

• Conduct equipment running trials and record observations such as vibration, speed, noise,temperature rise, and runout.

• Document and report test/inspection results accurately and on time.

• Maintain NDT records, inspection dossiers, and instrument calibration records.

• Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.

• Maintain welder continuity records and ensure welding is performed as per approved standards.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is BE/B. Tech – Mechanical Engineering and 2 - 5 years of experience in Pressure Vessels, manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
