Quality Intern

We are looking for a Quality Intern to join our team at Beyond Appliances. The role involves supporting quality inspection, maintaining quality standards and assisting the production team on the shop floor. This position offers an in-hand stipend of ₹18,000–₹23,000 per month and an opportunity to gain practical experience in manufacturing and quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspection of products and components on the production line

• Check products as per defined quality standards and specifications

• Identify and report defects, quality issues and deviations

• Assist the Quality team in maintaining inspection records and reports

• Support incoming, in-process and final quality inspections

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

• Coordinate with Production and other teams to resolve quality issues

• Maintain 5S, safety and quality standards on the shop floor

• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions when required

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma / ITI / BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related). Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of manufacturing experience can apply.

Key Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Quality Inspection

• Knowledge of measuring instruments is an advantage

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

• Good observation and attention to detail

• Ability to work on the production/QC line

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
