Job Description – Quality Inspector

Position: Quality Inspector
Location: Kharkhoda, Sonipat
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Inspector to ensure that products meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of quality SHEET METAL, inspection processes, measuring instruments, and inspection documentation. Candidates with experience in manufacturing industries such as machining, sheet metal, plastic moulding, or automobile components will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products.

• Inspect components as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other inspection gauges.

• Identify and report defects or non-conforming products.

• Maintain inspection reports and quality records accurately.

• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and customer requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of basic quality inspection processes.

• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and gauges.

• Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred).

• Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining inspection records.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical or related field preferred)

• Experience in quality inspection is preferred.

• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
