Job వివరణ

We are hiring a Quality Control Inspector who can manage shop-floor quality and maintain all key quality documents.

Responsibilities

Prepare & maintain Incoming Inspection (IIR), In-Process Inspection (IPIR), Pre-Dispatch/Final Inspection (PDIR), Daily Machine Checksheet(DM) reports and related QC records (NCR/rejection, traceability, etc.).
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections as per checklist/specifications.
Handle shop-floor machines & quality issues, segregation of non-conforming material, and support CAPA / root cause analysis with production.
Coordinate with Stores/Production/Dispatch for quality clearance and daily reporting.

Requirements

Diploma/ITI/Graduate (preferred) with QC experience in a manufacturing plant.
Good knowledge of QC documentation and basic tools (Excel, measuring instruments as applicable).
Strong coordination and attention to detail.

Salary Rs.14000-18000/Month

Experience 2+ years minimum in QC
